Vegetarian Sloppy Joes
1/4 cup onion
1/8 cup diced peppers
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
salt/pepper
dash of liquid smoke
dash of hot sauce
1 package of veggie ground round
package of whole wheat hamburger buns
olive oil
Sear onions and ground round in pan in olive oil, add remaining ingredients in order and stir until it tastes like sloppy joe. Scoop on buns. Add some raw onions for kick.
